Refund Policy

All class bookings, memberships, and packages are managed through the Mindbody app.

Class credits are non-refundable once purchased. Cancellations must be made within the cancellation window set in Mindbody to avoid losing the class credit or incurring a late cancellation/no-show fee.

Memberships and packages are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. In exceptional circumstances, requests may be reviewed at management’s discretion.

By booking through Mindbody, clients agree to House of Pilates’ scheduling and cancellation policies as outlined in the app.
